In 2023, Pulte received the “Housing Impact Award” from the Palm Beach County Housing Leadership Council for its work with the We Are Home Legacy Project, a joint collaboration with the Delray Beach Community Development Corporation. The Impact Award aims to fight displacement and protect homeownership in Palm Beach County’s communities of color. As part of the project, Pulte built new single-family homes in Delray’s historic Set neighborhood.
