Florida Club, Lost Lake, The Retreat, Copperleaf, and Ocean Cove are just some of the high-quality developments that have been completed here in Martin County. In 2021, our luxury project Bridgewater opened with overwhelming success. In 2021, PulteGroup completed the entitlements for Highpointe, a new master planned community of over 280 homes in central Martin County.  The Highpointe Community also has a unique partnership with Operation 300, which helps families who have lost a loved one in service to our Country. Over 20 acres of land was dedicated by Pulte to Operation 300 which will serve as an area where events will be hosted to help those families in need.
