PulteGroup has been active in Indian River County for over 20 years, highlighted by our Waterway Village project in northern Indian River County. This upscale project has featured several high-end neighborhoods, including the Isles, the Cove, Lakes, and the final phase – the Preserve at Waterway Village. In 2021-2022, PulteGroup decided to greatly expand its footprint in Indian River by adding 2 new signature projects, Harbor Isle and Costa Pointe. Most recently in Dec. 2004, the Company closed on land for its future Emerson Oaks community in southern Indian River County. PulteGroup has plans for further investment in this desirable market.
