The team members of PulteGroup’s Southeast Florida Division live the company culture of care by supporting a variety of organizations.

Built to Honor

For over a decade, PulteGroup has worked to thank our nation’s veterans by doing what we do best: Building homes and communities to make lives better. The Built to Honor program provides mortgage-free homes to veterans living with disabilities as a result of their military service. To-date, the program has gifted more than $35 million in value and provided over 75 families nationwide with a mortgage-free home. For more information about Built to Honor, click here

Indian River Land Trust

The mission of the Indian River Land Trust is to protect, improve, provide access to, and promote the preservation of waterways, open spaces, and green places in Indian River County for the benefit of all today and tomorrow. The Land Trust promotes the conservation of the Indian River Lagoon and areas throughout Indian River County by preserving habitat, protecting the scenic waterfront and providing access for public recreation and education. Protected land provides important public benefits including the opportunity for residents to learn about and enjoy the natural environment and take advantage of our protected lands and waterways to enjoy hiking, boating, fishing and observing an abundance of fish and wildlife. PulteGroup is proud to support the Indian River Land Trust by volunteering at clean-up events and sponsoring the trust’s annual benefit.

Operation 300

Operation 300 is a registered 501(c)3, not-for-profit organization that hosts weekend-long adventure camps for children who have lost their fathers as a result of military service, pairing each child with a father-aged, male mentor who spends the weekend doing things with the children they might have done with their dad.

Pulte is proud to have given back to the Treasure Coast community by donating 20 acres of land in Martin County for Operation 300, which established the organization’s first permanent location and gives it a base from which their incredible mission can grow and thrive. By partnering with Christ Fellowship Church, Operation 300, and the Martin County Board of County Commissioners and staff, Pulte designed a new residential development that fosters a sense of community through the thoughtful design of residential streets nestled within the land’s natural resources, provides community outreach opportunities with Operation 300 honoring our fallen heroes, and promotes the family and community atmosphere already established on the property with Christ Fellowship Church. The programs are designed to help women by providing individual coaching, mentorship, resume building skills, LinkedIn profiles and job readiness skills to land, and keep, a job. Boys & Girls Club of America

Boys & Girls Clubs of America helps to enable kids and teens to reach their full potential. Southeast Florida PulteGroup is proud to donate to this cause, equipping local clubs with the tools and resources necessary to help kids and teens prepare for success in school, life, and the workforce.

Workforce Housing

Teachers, nurses, firemen, teacher’s aides, nursing assistants, medical technologists, retail staff, government employees, emergency services providers and policemen are the people we rely upon to make every community viable, and they should have the opportunity to live where they work. The availability of workforce housing also helps attract new industries to the community and encourages existing ones to expand their operations. Ensuring there are workforce housing options also stimulates economic growth, which leads to a better quality of life for everyone.

At the local level, PulteGroup has partnered with other agencies to provide workforce housing, including the West Palm Beach Housing Authority (Merry Place), the Delray Beach CRA (Carver Square), and the Palm Beach County Department of Housing and Economic Stability (Windsong Estates townhomes).
