PulteGroup has been active in Palm Beach County for over 50 years. PulteGroup acquired Divosta Homes in 1998 – which brought together 2 great home building organizations (Pulte Homes and DiVosta).  Some of the many flagship projects completed over the years include Abacoa, Riverwalk, The Fields, Sonoma Isles, Villagewalk of Wellington, The Isles in Palm Beach Gardens, and Castellina. Looking into the future, PulteGroup will be constructing nearly 400 homes in Avenir and have over 500 new homes coming to Western Palm Beach County in a combination of several new boutique projects there (Greyhawk Landing, Hendrix Reserve, Amara, and Canter). PulteGroup is also incredibly proud of our unique workforce housing efforts here – which includes the successful completions of Merry Place Estates and Carver Square. In Palm Beach County, we are proud sponsors for Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build event, Habitat’s largest women’s build event in the country.
